Since IPTV is a digital service, all payments are final and non-refundable once your subscription is activated.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Failure to check compatibility with the free trial.
• Issues related to your device, application, or internet connection.
• Changing your mind after activation.

⚡ Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• If we cannot deliver your subscription details within 48 hours of payment.
• If the IPTV service is completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to server issues on our side.
